2024 Forum .. Contracting Industry Starts Next Tuesday
(2024 Forum .. Contracting Industry) events will commence next Tuesday, 23 April 2013. The Forum is organized by Asharqia Chamber under the auspices of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Mansour bin Motib bin Abdul Aziz with the participation of local and foreign government officials at the Chamber in Dammam.
The Forum program will cover the most important challenges and problems of the Contracting sector in the Kingdom in general and particularly in the Eastern Region.
Moreover, four Ministries will take part in the forum which are The Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Planning and Economy and the Ministry of Finance.
The Forum will discuss 9 Working papers on: economic performance indicators for contracting sector, the future vision 2024 for the contracting sector, model contract and its impact on the sector, FIDIC contract, innovative sources of financing in the contracting sector, the Malaysian experience, the National Contractors Commission, the role of the construction sector in the Saudization, Contracting and Saudization.
